The Maverick series by James Loudspeaker was inspired by the legendary “Maverick” surf of Northern California—awesome, powerful, and exciting! This large format bi-pole surround speaker was specifically developed for high output home theater systems where depth is not an issue. The maverick series by James provides ultra-wide bandwidth, very high sound pressure levels, and extremely low distortion, resulting in a stunning cinema experience.

The MQS85 is a wide dispersion, wide bandwidth, on-wall surround in the tradition of commercial cinema design. Using the customary bi-pole design to deliver coverage to any area regardless of location, this surround module is built to deliver the ultimate cinema experience. Each of these models provides high SPL and crystal clear sound all the way down to 45Hz, and up to frequencies above 24kHz. When used in the proper context, this bi-pole surround system represents the cutting edge of cinema technology and delivers the high impact audio you expect from a high performance theater system.
